Expedition V6 requires a new license key.
Licenses obtained before 1 August 2007 require an upgrade license to be purchased for ($US250)
ExpeditionLT is a free Grib Viewer with integrate PredictWind weather forecasts and a very basic NMEA instrument connection, it is provided free of charge by Expedition.org and, as such, is unsupported
Expedition-Mobile for Windows is a version of Expedition for PocketPC and SmartPhone. It is only occasionally updated and does have bugs.

Expedition is a complete tactical and navigation package developed by veteran Volvo Ocean Race navigator and Whitbread winner Nick White.

Expedition was initially developed by Nick for his use in the 2001-2002 Volvo Ocean Race with Team News Corp and the Stars & Stripes Americas Cup team. Two-time America’s Cup winning navigator Peter Isler has consulted closely in the development of the system
