2. Note: Posted prices do not include TAX for Illinois State residence, S&H, Installation, Set-up, Training, Calibration, Local Taxes or Custom fees and Freight carrier clearance fees of items sold.

3. Note: Minimum Ground Shipping & Handling Policy: We do not have a minimum required order but small orders take just as much time to pick, pack and process as larger orders. We have add minimum of $15.00 shipping fee to your order. If the actual cost of shipping your products exceeds $15.00, we will revert to charging the actual cost of shipping. Back Orders or products marked "Pre-Order" and/or product not available at the time of shipment will be charged shipping as they are are shipped.

4. Note: Products are not returnable, all sales are final, "Hellas Marine, Inc." and dba "Chicago Marine Electronics" does not provide any warranty as to any product sold, items sold may not be returned to "Hellas Marine, Inc." and dba "Chicago Marine Electronics", pursuant manufacture's warranty, defective products are repaired or replaced by the manufacturer, as per manufacturer's warranty.

5. Note: "Hellas Marine, Inc." and dba "Chicago Marine Electronics" are not responsible for freight expenses on any warranty items S&H.

6. Note: At "Hellas Marine, Inc." and dba "Chicago Marine Electronics" discretion, all items returned for credit are subject to a 25% restocking fee, sorry no refunds.

7. Note: Our services are a person to person basis, to maintain our good prices and the latest software versions on product sold our stock is low, orders are processed by the date they received. Orders are NOT Billed/Charged until they are shipped.
